Veggie Tacos, Italian Style

We had some leftover verza (savoy cabbage) gratin, and had a hankering for veggie tacos. Sweet Baby G fortified the verza with potatoes, broccoli rabe, and a bit of leftover brie cheese. I took a shot at homemade flour tortillas (not too difficult), and we washed it down with last year’s homemade rosato. Success!
