1st Sourdough Loaf of 2018

Ten days ago, I put together my sourdough starter using wheat milled one hill town over from ours. It started fermenting quickly and happily.

So… in a week and a half, we went from nothing to a beautiful looking loaf of local sourdough. It takes a bit of time and maybe just a bit of patience, but I am *sure* you can do it too. Want to give it a whirl??
